What to expect for Q2W6:

Math: Students are reviewing fractions and will be taking their Unit Test.
Language Arts: Students will read Chapters 15-17 of Robin Hood this week. In Grammar, they will begin learning about helping verbs, and "not" and "never" as adverbs. In Writing, we will completing our study of Kenya, compiling the information into a sentence outline, and reviewing helpful information on how to find credible sources. Students will receive their Independent Study Project packets, and receive their country to research. 
Science: Students will continue their study of waves, and learn specifically about light waves.

What to expect for Q2W6:


Math: Students are continuing to learn fractions.
Language Arts: Students are reciting their George Washington this week, and will Chapters 13-14 of Robin Hood this week. In Grammar, they will begin learning about possessive noun adjectives and object pronouns. In Writing, we will begin our research project on Kenya, in preparation for their independent study project. 
History: Students will be learning about Eleanor of Aquitaine and the Manga Carta, and will have their Medieval Test over Chapters 13-17.
